This fitting ‘EXPERIENCE’ will be exciting and is an important step in launching the new uniform company-wide. Before finalizing your appointment date, we ask that you carefully look over the statements below and e-sign by checking the box to continue.

By attending the New Uniform Fitting ‘EXPERIENCE’ I understand...

• This fitting is NOT considered a trip and will not be pre-plotted on my schedule.
• That I am NOT required to attend an in-person fitting and can complete the ordering process by reviewing the measurement directions online and selecting my uniform kit from the Lands’ End website.
• Scheduling will NOT swap/drop Trips/ADAYS for fitting appointments.
• My attendance at a fitting appointment will NOT excuse me from being late to sign-in or briefing for a rotation or failing to return a call to Scheduling if I am on A-days.
• While I may use my travel privileges to attend a fitting appointment, I may NOT book company business to attend my fitting appointment.

• That I am NOT required to attend an in-person fitting and can complete the ordering process by reviewing the measurement directions online and selecting my uniform kit from the Lands’ End website. My attendance at a fitting appointment will NOT excuse me from being late to my work assignment.
• That should I choose to select a fitting appointment which occurs during my scheduled shift, that I need to receive approval from my direct leader in advance to ensure operational coverage. On the day of the fitting, I also understand that operational needs may require that I cancel my appointment.
• While I may use my travel privileges to attend a fitting appointment, I may NOT book company business to attend my fitting appointment.
